I leave the Heart Rate Monitor set to Auto on my HR. Then, if I take off the band to shower, etc., it turns off the monitor for that amount of time. But, when I put the band back on, it re-activates the monitor.
How do you look at your data? I've always wanted to know what I can look at in order to increase my knowledge.
