High Vo2 Max + COPD

Hi, this is my first post here. I am trying to make sense of my physical fitness. So my Cardio Fitness is 41-45 (let's say 43); and due to being asthmatic and an ex-smoker I have COPD with only 70% of normal lung capacity (peak flow is 450). Does this mean my body is actually super-efficient at using oxygen? - (Equivalent to a Vo2 Max of 43/0.7 = 61).

Well, Dr. Strange, I'm not sure that's a safe bet to make. Calculating a new VO2Max taking into account your COPD doesn't sound as easy as that. I could be wrong though.

But congrats on exercises despite your condition. I think that's great.
