Anyone who is looking for a way to at least maintain their workouts may find this helpful:
Bench Press: Body weight incline/decline or with weight on upper back. eg: Backpack with rocks, cat/dog or gf/bf.
Squats: Fill your packpack with rocks/bricks whatever is heavy.
Overhead press: I use a 20 litre jerry but whatever matches you.
Rows: The jerry or the backpack.
Deadlifts: Use a jerry or whatever is **ahem** heavy and can be gripped safely.
Ante up as required. And look for the silver lining to your situation.
