How accurate is the fitbit calorie and step tracker when swimming?

New to fibit with the force. I am wondering if the fitbit accurately measures swimming or if I need to log that separately. Any ideas?

The fitbit force is NOT recommended for wearing when swimming or showering! I just found that out today, which was kind of disappointing. It should be fine when washing hands or trudging through the rain though. So to answer your question: It's not accurate because it will die if submerged. I would log it seperately.
