I like to think about exercise as "Meditation in motion", I feel it can help us to improve our mood and reduce the effects of stress in general, particularly if we workout doing something that we like and don't see it as an obligation.
What has been your experience with exercise and stress? Do you feel it was helped you feel less stressed in any way, and how? Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences.

I find that exercise is a great stress reducer and also helps me reduce the blues/depression. It seems even more important now that I am both working from home and staying home in general.

Hey @DavideFitbit -- I really like the idea of exercise 'snacks' throughout the day. 5-10 minutes of brisk walking, some pullups or pushups, go up/down stairs if you've got them, as a way of recharging and refocusing my mind every hour or two. Even when stress is because of a pending deadline, exercise 'snacks' seem to make me more efficient mentally and I'm more likely to get done on time by channelling some of my mental energy into physical effort.
