Good question! Last night was the first time I logged my sleep. I got a reading of 86%... no idea if that is good bad or otherwise...

I showed restless 17X. I showed Awake 3 times. The times awake was accurate so Im encouraged it is accurate.

This can vary widely from one night to another. See this thread where I've included two snapshots of my own nights: one when I was awakened 21 times (sleep efficiency 92%) and one when I was awakened 2 times (sleep efficiency 100%).
