Each day I aim for two lites worth of water, but do I need more or less? Is that the correct and average standard of the amount of Water to have? I’m not that sure. If I have below two litres of water I’m worried that will not Be enough. Or wouldn’t one litre of water be fine? Help me out!

The amount of water that a person needs is not as simple as 8 glasses a day, it depends on Gender, Height, weight etc, there is no Cookie cutter answer that suits everyone. As TMI as this answer is i think the best way to tell if you are getting enough water for your body is to look at your urine (This answer really is a bit gross but i think it will help, haha) it is quite easy to look online for Urine hydration charts but basically if your urine looks like water or slightly yellow you are most likely to be getting the necessary amount of your water your body needs, the more yellow the Urine the less hydrated you are.
Hope this is what you were looking for, Jack
