How to start a challenge

Help please...anytime I try to start a challenge...Weekend Warrior etc. I receive this error. Anyone else have this issue? How do I solve? Thanks!

Hi @TrishaWyn8, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the challenge error message that you are receiving, please let me know what is the brand and model of your mobile and Fitbit devices.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version. After this, check out this help page and make sure to follow the steps in order to start a challenge.
