I am wearing Fitbit Charge 3 on my wrist. It is continuously and automatically tracking my heart rate. I have installed Fitbit software v 2.44.1997.0 on my computer running Win 10 and on my Android cell phone running Android v9. I have setup a stationary bicycle and purchased ankle weights and connected a Roku TV to the internet so I can watch YouTube while peddling. Can someone help me start an exercise program? What exercise goals should I start with and where should I look for information.

You need to enjoy what ever you decide to do. Or you wont stick with it.
I use an exercise bike. I can only stand to sit on the bike for 20 minutes at a time so I do it 3 times to get 1 hour in.
I walk every morning as well.
I also Box with a DVD
Do walk at home DVD as well
Try different things until you find things you like.
But my Favorite is walking outdoors when the sunrise is coming up

Hello,
I agree with the previous comment; do what you enjoy. I would not worry so much about starting an exercise plan first. Just get moving. I cleaned my house the other day and got ten-thousand steps! Becoming more active is the path to health. Below are a few reasonable starting points:
- walk outdoors
- walk in the house
- golf
- basketball (just go to the court and shoot the ball)
- tennis
You want to select something that you can maintain. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
