Hi all. I was wondering if anyone here goes to ILoveKickboxing.com. I am doing one of their trial offers next week, and I heard that they try to rope you in after your first session. I also see that they have many very positive reviews. If you have gone there, can you please comment on your experience as well as the price of the offers. I would appreciate all comments. Thanks in advance.

Hi lyro!
Haven't tried/visited ilovekickboxing.com but curious about what it is?
If it's a work at home kind of thing, for a steal, go check out Mike Andreula at ckotrainer.com where they have a very affordable download (and a lot of online content via youtube!) which you can do at home. A bit of equipment needed to be most effective....weighted gloves (they have 4lbs ones at walmart.com for less than $20.), and something to kick (heavy bag or free-standing setup).
You CAN do it without a bag, it's just less intensive/effective...haven't tried it with ankle weights so maybe that helps. For me, I like to hit/kick things so a bag is a must....$89.00 for a heavy bag but need to suspend it from something and weight it down. I don't yet have a free-standing one yet....
IMO, hitting/kicking something is the BEST workout to pair up with some carido, diet, and now-and-then weights....rips your shoulders, works your core/back/legs/cardio.......

Hi VeganBadass_CO. it's actually a franchise for kickboxing classes and they locations in many states across the country. They seem to have a lot of introductory specials and Groupon packages. I got 5 classes with free gloves for 14.99 and I will go on Monday. They seem to get pretty good reviews. I'm just curious if any of my fellow fitbitters have tried it and if they know how much they charge after the introductory offer.
