Had a good day today, two long walks. On the second walk I listened to some old and new songs on iTunes.

I find that the best time to exercise is first thing in morning before breakfast..
and as many times as i can possibly fit in during day.. my job is sitting all day so i always stand and take walks around the floor to build up my steps.. this is not always easy, then go to gym at night time.:smileyhappy :

I like exercising in the evenings because I know many steps I still need to take to meet my goals and it helps relieve the stress of a long day of teaching. Some people prefer to get their steps in the morning and get it out of the way so it really depends on the person.

I get my walks in first thing. Ita a great way to start the day and I always feel like i've really accomplished something first thing in the morning. It sets a good pace and feel for the rest of the day.

I also do my long walk early in the morning-it is cooler and the air quality is better. I also do shorter walks during the day and early evening.
