I did my usual 7.5 miles power walk/jog today. I power walked the first 2.5 miles and jogged the entire last 5 miles non-stop.
I have only done this one time before, and I am running 3 miles fairly regularly now.
Also, the end of the 4th mile into the 6th mile there is a long hill that goes on for almost 1 mile, and I made it without stopping.
my freaking legs are killing me (in a good way).
