I am starting an accountability group startin gAugest 4th.

 Its a Piyo challenge group. I am looking for people to be on my team. Its a 60 day challenge group filled with accountability, meal plans, shoping lists, and a ton of support. If you are ready to make that change I am ready to be your coach and help you along your journey. Message me if you would like some more information.

Starting a group challenge but some people have thousands of steps, some have hundreds.  How do you start at the same on a specific day?

I am deffinetly interested in this group. Anything to get me shedding some pounds. But I have no idea what piyo is... Also what about daily challenges and whatnot to make us look forward to doing something? can you please give me more details on this group?? oh and best of luck to you and your weight loss goals.

Thank you so much for responding. I'm starting the group because on order for me to succeed and most people they need accountability. I have past and present injuries so piyo is the program I'm decided to do because it's a yoga and Pilates based fitness program. It's low impact but high intensity using balance and your own body weight. Iv got a lot of friends in a test group currently and they love it. What kind if fitness goals do you have?

There will be daily postings and I will be your personal coach to answer any questions but you will weigh measure and take before pictures. It's a 60 day program there's a video you watch each day and I provide meal plans grocery lists and tips and tricks. There will also be accountability and checking in each day. Goals are basically up to you. What you want to achieve if you work hard and do the plan exactly you will have amazing results. It's not a diet it's a lifestyle change. Iv started a while back iv lost 60 pounds and I'm super excited to do the piyo challenge. It was just release last month so I can't wait. Does this sound like something you may want to do?

I am currently 130 pounds and i just want to attain a flat stomach. I struggle most with the nutrition part and self motivstion and will power. I really like the sound of this group and would like to join. Count me in on this!!!

Hello there! I saw you were interested in the group I was starting? What is your name! What kind of fitness goals do you have? This is a 60 day accountability group coached by me. Do you like yoga or Pilates based exercizes or are you looking for more of an higher impact with lots of cardio?

I am more like a JM or Insanity kind of girl -- I prefer High Intensity for shorter periods... I need more motivation to stay on the path.. I will do well for 2-3weeks then life happens and i fall off. I need to learn how to stay on the path... I have about a good 15lbs to lose...this 15lbs is like super glue it doesn't want to give....

Have you tried t25? For this group you can choose whichever challenge you would like so if insanity if t25 would be better I would recommend that. I'm doing piyo because of a recent back Injury so after piyo I'm doing t25. You will also drink shakeology every morning for breakfast. Everything will be done on Facebook if you do not have Facebook I will be posting those same things on here. Once the challenge starts the group will be a closed group so you can feel comfortable asking questions posting results and anything you need. You will be held accountable for the entire challenge and expected to check in everyday so I know you are making your progress and hitting your goals. Does this sound like something you want to be apart of?

yes that is fine... I do not want to acquire the cost of shakeology because I have two huge tubs of protein shakes from GNC already that i need to cumsume. Also as for the FB checkin.. Do you request us or we request you. ON FB I am Shawnta Eaton.

When I got my fitbit on Mothers Day I was very committed for a while, and I love it. Need to get back on track. My name is Nora and I'm from Western MA. Would love to keep in touch and let you know my steps as well as you tell me yours daily. Goaling for 10,000 a day may take me a bit to build up. I'm also Goaling to lose a pound a week. Looking for the One Day at A Time out look for a bit. I'm committed and ready to go.
