I started on June 9 2014

I started on June 9 2014 so its been a little over a month now I walk every day 5 plus miles and some times I walk some and water jogg some and eating Nutrisystem and drink lots of water but I'm not seeing any difference

What was your level of activity prior to the fitbit?  What are your goals?  You stated that you are not seeing any difference so it would be helpful if we knew what you were working toward to better advise you.

@blackjack  It takes time to show a real difference. Drinking water is good, your walking is good and careful eating is good. Sometimes we lose inches and not just weight.

 

What else are you doing? What are your goals.

 

One thing that helped me is to use the food logging on the dashboard.
