So, I was reserching some things for a post I was writing earlier. This didn't fit with the theme but I found it interesting none the less

I found it interesting to find that in today's world of multi-tasking, trying to combine strength training and cardio, a person is not getting the maximum benefit of either. This author suggests rather, to focus on each seperately. So, rather than taking a walk with your ankle weights on, focus on your cardio one day and strenth training another. She also states to get the best of a workout, when combining the two, to do the strenth training portion first and the cardio second to get the best out of each workout.

I agree. I tried mixing cardio with weight lifting and found out I was better off taking a shorter break and doing the cardio separately.

Hmmm, strength first, cardio second to avoid getting a big butt; too late, I was born with a big butt. 😛
In my case I guess that means:
