Hi,
A little background information about myself . I am 27 years old, 4’11,163 lb, not in shape. I notice this past week my RHR take a sudden drop in low 50s while sitting down and sleeping and I am on my period. I have never had my heart rate drop that low before. Usually my RHR sits around 60- 65 even when I sleeping. So I was wondering if this happen to anybody else or just me.

I haven't ever heard of that happening due to a monthly. RHR is usually lower when a person's fitness has improved or it could be that conditions have changed, such as more sleep, less stress, less sodium, medication change... things like that. A lower RHR is a good thing and 50 is in the range of normal
