In the past four weeks I've found peace in movement. I find my self addicted to reaching five miles, then six, seven, all the way to eight. My hope is to be able to reach 10 at least five to six times a week. I live in the country, so my social distance is far in between another person. How do others cope?

I still walk my 5 or 6 miles everyday . When i buy groceries i drag my little wheeled cart to a grocery store quite a ways away and then drag it home again. Where i live most people drive and the sidewalks are nearly empty. I bought a FIIO flac music player and some wireless headphones and listen to ambient and dark ambient tunes which is also relaxing.
Walking is the best.

I used to walk 4-5 miles daily and run 2-3. But in the last several weeks I’ve been running 3-4 miles daily and walking 4+ miles. The running helps me keep my mind off things, I just get into the zone with my music and keep going. I’ve been running/walking with a mask on, and try to stay at least 10-20 feet from others.
Stay healthy and safe everyone!

I have always been a stepper, but now I find it to be therapeutic as well. It feels good to get outside with a purpose or at least the illusion of going somewhere pleasant. When the weather is nice, it feels like everything is kind of normal. I try to do anywhere between 6 and 10 miles per day with one or two rest days. I run and walk...
