I started this 30 day workout this moring. I found it to be perfect for me. In the past I have tried Shred and Ripped in 30, but didn't finish either. I'm doing this DVD with a couple of gals, and it seems like the perfect workout for me. Not too easy, or too hard. It was a great push for me this morning. If anyone else is interested in joining me on this 30 day journey, please do so. The more the merrier. I hope that you all have an amazing Tuesday and happy stepping!

I started this last week too! But I'm not doing it daily, since I think it's important to recover. I take long walks during my lunch break too as more low-key activity on the off days 🙂
I'm pretty much a beginner too but after my third time, I'm definitely not as sore as the first time, where I could hardly even go up and down the stairs easily...haha

I love taking walks on my lunch break. I did a Lealie Sansone three mile heart walk this morning after Shred and used my rebounder for a bit.
