Leg Pain Back of Thigh after lots of new walking

I’ve been tracking my exercise of walking. I started walking three miles a day, I have two routes. One is an easy one hour walk and the other is a one hour crazy hills walk. I just started this Friday and do it every day. I’ve walked 11 miles not including Amy trip to the zoo. I woke up today with tremendous leg pain in the back of my thigh. When I sit it hurts. Could I be doing too much at once? I’m considered obese 5’9 225

"Pain is weakness leaving your body" as the saying goes.  Yes you probably could have started out with shorter walks but keep it up and pretty soon your body will adapt to the new activity. Make sure you've got good walking shoes, too The Charge 6 food tracker is also helpful if you're looking to lose some weight.
