Hi Everyone,
I am recently got a fitbit for xmas and I am really enjoying it!
That being said, I have a regular bodyweight fitness routine that I would like to log as activity. after some searching, I found several topics such as these
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Get-Fit/logging-in-activities/td-p/397848
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Get-Fit/How-should-I-log-bodyweight-body-toning-workouts/td-p/646577
that suggest logging it as "calisthenics, vigorous". This sounds like a good estimate to me, but when I try to input calisthenics using either the android app or the fitbit.com dashboard, only a single option for calisthenics and I cannot figure out where to choose "vigorous effort" like many posts suggest. Am I missing something really simple? Can anyone tell me where I could find this option? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@macklemore17 Sadly the older posts reflect, "what we did have in the Manual Activity database". Fitbit rationalised the database and posted, that they "found many wern't being used" and the "variations" in most of the activity types were eliminated.
My only suggestion is to try this link and do some comparisons with your Fitbit. It seems to cover all of the CDC activity list and variations. Create a Custom Activity and you are away.

Colin,
Thank you for the reply, that is too bad that they decided to remove them, it seems like it would have been useful for specific workout tracking. I will try the website you linked and do the custom activity.

I am a hockey player but playing in various competitions with different activity levels. The 5mins and 15min bar graph helps me understand my intensity during games, but i would like to be able to either download this data in to an excel spreadsheet or have more flexible reporting so I can test my work rate in different games. Data export might be the easiest for you
