Funny, My husband and I were just talking about this. We might even do something earlier in the mornings too. We moved to a new house that has a walkable score of 97 in the fall of last year. I did manage to get a few winter hikes on days that were close to freezing however i can't wait to see what my steps will be in the warm weather.
We took a walk today even tho it's still rather chilly , and really wet out from melting snow.
Best AnswerI am really looking forward to the warmer weather as well as the longer light. I am getting cabin fever at the gym. At the end of last summer I was walking about 200 miles a month, but with winter and moving into the gym and the treadmill, the miles have plummeted to 120-150 miles a month. I will definitely be taking advantage of the longer evening hours to get walking done. The roads around me have little traffic on them in the evening whereas even at 6am or 7am the traffic makes for a less than pleasant walk.

Best AnswerI am so looking forward to the sunlight and the warmer weather. I usually walk over lunch, but I like having the option of walking in the evenings as well (I'm definitely not a morning person at all). And I can't wait for it to be warm enough consistently for me to move my walks from mostly indoors to all outdoors.
Best AnswerI walk and run in all weathers and light levels but yes it is nice to go out in daylight rather than the dark for sure! Our clocks change at the end of the month so looking forward to that. Keep stepping everyone!

Here in Phoenix there is no DST and perfect outdoor walking weather will be over soon. Oct-March is great, April-Sept, not so much. Enjoy your "ON" season!
