Have you scrolled to the bottom of friend list and looked at the users that unranked? Click on where it says show all friends

Maybe she lost her fitbit. Hope she is there and you can send her a message.

Then it's possible to 'call' her with the @ tag. Not really calling but sending a message to her email by doing so, with the reference to this thread..
