Losing steps big time on sundays!

How does Fitbit average your steps and your start day is on a Sunday?

My steps are wrong by at least 30,000 to 40,000 when I add and divide by 7!!!

How does one go from 395,000 steps to 310,000 on a Sunday when you have walked your average the night before !!

What is the formula - add all 7 days and divide by 7 to get your steps!!  Am I figuring this right?

I think overnight you will always lose steps in your weekly total because in the morning there are only effectively 6 days in the total whereas at night there are 7, in their method of totalling.  But I don't look at it and could be wrong.

If it helps, I haven't put mine on yet today and it says my weekly steps total is 0.

There were people on here saying their weekly average or total was definitely wrong and Support fixed it.  I checked mine that day and it was right, so maybe it affected some users.

I think I am figuring this out - if your start of the week is on a Sunday - you only see Monday through Saturday which equals your starting figure on Sunday morning
