Only one that works....eat a little less and move a little more. Everything else is just a temporary plan. And as I saw someone say on one of their messages earlier, temporary plan = temporary weight loss. Truly, the best thing you can do is to eat better and move more.

Sure. The kind you can see yourself eating for the rest of your life and is full of nutrient dense foods and limits refined grains, added sugars, heavily processed foods, a lot of added sodium.
Personally, I like to eat plenty of home cooked meals, get plenty of veg/fruit/legumes, lean protein, healthy fats and natural occurring carbs. I eat a very wide variety of food and am always experimenting and trying new foods/recipes. I try to limit my intake of sugar because it makes me cranky, tired, keeps me up all night, bloated and craving more. I enjoy treats in moderation.

That's a kind of broad question. I would say that before you can find a diet that is right for you, you should answer 3 questions: What you are looking to change about your body? How does your body react to certain foods? What is missing from your current diet?
One of the biggest changes that people over look is water. Try keeping a gallon marked off with levels and the time of day that you should be at that level.
Remember that this change is all about YOU and YOUR body, not about how anyone else was changed by any other magic plan.
Best of luck.
