Some people have had sucess with contacting Customer Service and reporting it missing. If they had proof of ownership, they have gotten a free replacement

I did wonder about this. As its something to be worn 24/7 there is a risk of it getting knocked/pulled/ripped off especially as I will be wearing it at work... I did think about putting a small zip tie around the clasp but how often would I need to remove to charge it up? How long does a full charge last?

I lost mine too way back in a park some where. Never did find it. Customer Care does take a little bit of time to write back,but they will. With their answer,you'll be happy

I lost mine the DAY after I got it...the Flex is so light that I didn't nitice it missing...and since I was on a college campus....some lucky student many have found it. I wish they has serial numbers...and if some one else uses them you get a notification about the phone number using them

I literally wear two "bit belts" on mine to prevent that from happening! 😮 Sorry to hear that it happened to you!!!

I lost mine this weekend, realized it when I checked the app on my phone and it wasn't syncing. I was able to see exactly when it stopped syncing and determine where I was at that time. Called the shop I was at and they had it. Now I'm waiting for it to get shipped back to me (we were 70 miles away by the time I noticed it was gone). I've been going nuts without it!
