For the first 18 weeks or so, all I did was walk. Recently I signed up for FitStar and have started doing their customized workouts three times a week or so. I've really enjoyed learning some new moves that build strength, and their 10-minute warmup is great in the mornings before I get going on chores or whatever.

I love working out, too! Weekday mornings I do hill climbing on treadmill or I workout on the elliptical. Couple of days during the evenings I spin. Saturdays and Sundays, I run for about 2 hours outdoors. It take me 2 hours to run 11 miles. Also, on weekends I lift weights.
