Love working out

I LOVE working out!  I want to know what YOU do for workouts that you just love?  Plus who here is new to exercise?  You have never workout before, ever until now?

I enjoy walking and jogging using the treadmill. When it's a nice day I will walk for a couple hours

My favourite is getting up in the hills around where I love.

Running mainly but cycling is always fun.

For the first 18 weeks or so, all I did was walk. Recently I signed up for FitStar and have started doing their customized workouts three times a week or so. I've really enjoyed learning some new moves that build strength, and their 10-minute warmup is great in the mornings before I get going on chores or whatever.

I just started a couch to 5k app on my phon last week.  Tuesday will be week 2 for me. I love how it starts out with running only a minute and then walking a minute and a half.  Very doable!

I do You Tube Videos. HIIT or Popsugar Fitness!! And run on treadmill and bring dog for a walk.

Rowing I love using my boflex to  free row, but also have found stationary rowing is fun too. I also am loving my walking at 10% at a 3.3 and how efficent it can be.

I love working out, too!   Weekday mornings I do hill climbing on treadmill or I workout on the elliptical.   Couple of  days during the  evenings I spin.  Saturdays and Sundays, I run for about 2 hours outdoors.  It take me 2 hours to run 11 miles. Also, on weekends I lift weights.
