Loving the fact that in one week

my fitness has improved 😄 I've had my Fitbit One for 1 week ( and a day lol), and today was the first time I hit the gym since getting my Fitbit ( I did a couple of Leslie Sansone dvds and one outside power walk last week...Scottish weather isn't always kind to walkers lol)). So gym today and, usually on the treadmill, I walk at 3.9mph, sometimes 4.0 mph, today, I was walking at a very comfortable 4.3 mph 😄 Also on the stationary bike and on the eliptical I upped the resisitance levels too 😄
