Hi! I'm a mom of 4 and have always had a low restimg heart rate about 49 and over the last month of started running faster and training harder and my restimg heart rate has dropped to 41 beats. I'm assuming it's because I've increase my running speeds but wondering if others have a rate that low. I'm 32 and healthy and pretty fit.

Low resting heart rate is good. I don't understand why so many people go searching for trouble rather than enjoying good results.

Low resting heart rate is only a problem to you if you feel dizzy (assuming you dont have an underlying cardiac disorder - always a good idea to check with your doctor). If you get the all clear from your dr and feel good - that is great.
