Metrics from my three outings, yesterday. The one run and two walk/jog ones. Over time, as I get faster on all running, I'll lengthen that distance and reduce the walking/jogging.

Awesome!!! I've only hit over 15K steps 3 times since I got my Fitbit for Christmas. And your speed is improving nicely. My pace is usually about the same and am trying to improve that, too. Thanks for the inspiration!

Congrats Lew,
Great progress. Lots of steps with increasing endurance. You seem very determined to get more fit. Keep up the good momentum.
I walk and dance but don't jog now. I love the feeling of growing stronger and more capable. I have the ability to do 10-15 K most days and made it to 20k one time. At only 3.9 lbs from my goal I think that I will switch to building more cardio fitness and over all muscle strength as my focus.
