What are your high/low Steps, Calories and high activity mins??

Hey Everyone,
I am currently working on an app that would pair with the Fitbit so I need some numbers to help with the design process. If you could let me know in the last month what your high and low of steps taken, calories burned and high acitivity mins that would be awesome! Also if you wouldnt mind letting me know when you work out do you do so to lose weight, live healthy, to get bigger muscles or perhaps another reason.

45k most steps, 5k least.

 

Calories burned in a workout, or daily?

You can find that in stats regarding the population, I'm betting safe range is 1400 to 5000.

 

360 Very Active Minutes (VAM, there is no "high" term).

 

Workout to train, which leads to weight loss, getting stronger, getting healthy, ect.
