Does anyone know how to put together all of those weekly progress reports and be able to see how you are doing over a longer time? Or what your overall averages are?
I'm low tech, but since we are doing something digital, I figure there must be a way to do this. I don't like glancing at my weekly progress and then moving on without putting it to more use.
Any ideas?

Best AnswerFrom your dashboard, click on Log and under activities tab, select your range for the start and end date. you would see your progress in chart/graph for steps, calories burn and so on depending on your tracker. I hope this is what you are looking for.
