Making the most of Fitbit

 start of a brand new year and it the begging to achive more goals from last yar and raise the Barr.  I would like make the most of it and going in to a group with others but I need more friends for that lol.  "What goals do you want to imorove"?

What goals I want to improve? Everything! Active time, for starters, and steps I take a day. I like that it reminds me to move if I didn't take at least 250 steps a day. And I want to eventually get to the point in which I do at least 10k a day, to the point that the 10k (which is about 5 miles) comes easily. It'll be cool if I manage to regularly do so much more than that, where barely doing 10k is a lazy day.

I am working on reaching 10k steps per day consistently! I have also set a goal to participate in one 5k race a month. I would also like to consistently meet my Fitbit goals of water intake, active minutes, steps/hr, miles/day, calories burned. In addition, I have the Fitbit Aria and am using that to track my weightloss! I have about 15 lbs I would like to lose, so eating better and being more active are my ultimate goals for 2017 🙂 Feel free to add me //www.fitbit.com/user/4J9CNQ
