I did the first 6 weeks of the Max Capacity Training program (http://www.maxcapacitytraining.com) back in the fall, and it was awesome! I was a little intimidated by everything from week 7 onwards, so I switched it up and did some other workouts, but now I would like to start the MCT workout over again!
I'll be starting again on January 6th, and created this group (http://www.fitbit.com/group/223LQH) for anyone who wants to join me!
Download the app on your phone, it walks you though everything from the different protocols (50-10, Tabata, Timed), to the different exercises, pictures included, and it even runs a timer for you and tells you when to switch it up to the next exercise!
So who's in?! Some friendly competition always helps!
