Hard sessions for the last two days (avg heart rate over 85% of HR max with short periods of over 90%) caused my HRV to drop overnight (Three nights ago it was 18, last night it was 12) . Racked up good Zone Minute and Cardio Load numbers, too. I was due a rest.
