Modifying Workout

ANSWERED
Does anyone know how I can modify a workout? I went for a run, pause my devise, and when I went to start it again it was gone. I was 1.5 miles into my run. Had to start a new log. When I got home I completed the run and it wasn't till about 3 1/2 hours later when I went to sync my FitBit One to my phone that the original workout showed up. So I was able to complete it. But.... When you look at my log it show my 1 1/2 mile run took over 3 hours. Thankfully when I open it up all the way, it show the real time, right when I paused it.

I know it's petty, but I am all about the numbers and it would be nice to be able to modify the 3 hour time to reflect the correct time.

Nevermind. On my Dashboard it shows up correctly. Just on my phone. I can deal with that.

How do you delete posts?  I would delete this post if I knew how.
