Hey guys, I have had my fitbit flex now for two years. In the beginning it went great I really pushed myself to reach that 10 000 steps a day. And I got results. But as of late I am not getting even close to my goal. I am 26 and I have been struggling since I can remember with my weight. Please add me as a friend if you enjoy some friendly competition 😉 Or would like a friend with your weight loss journey. I have 19kg to go before I reach my ideal weight. I got so unmotivated with the scale not showing any positive results that I have decided to rather consentrate on my step goal each day. Everyday not giving up must count gor something right😋
