Music is a big get in the mooder for exercise

Early risers - turn that music up and start stepping in place and get that blood flowing - we have but one life - so why not live it healthy - me and Mr. Bit are quite a pair!! Walking my 20000 before work right now!

I wish I could do likewise...... but in my case,  early mornings are me and the dog sitting quietly while I drink coffee and read.

God yes! Totally agree.. Music is key. I basically want to workout in a Rave... Just no glow sticks! 😉
