Congratulations! I have done similar things. I have still to reach 20,000 steps a day, though, but I'm getting closer. I've had my Flex for about three weeks now. Yesterday Last night I had 59 active minutes and couldn't stand to not have a full hour so I ran in place for a couple minutes. Ha!
I didn't realize how sedentary I was before getting my Fitbit. It takes a lot more than I thought to reach 10,000 steps each day. I've been making it, but not without getting on the treadmill each day... which I bought a couple weeks ago off Craig's List. I have never been a runner, and didn't think I ever could be... but finally ran 5 continuous miles on a treadmill for the first time in my 47 years of existence on this earth. I can't tell you how much of an accomplishment that is for me.
Even though I ran 5 miles that day I still only reached 15,000 steps. Geesh! I'm gonna try for 20K this weekend. We'll see...

I do the same thing! I have an air stepper in my bedroom and I will do that at night while watching tv in order to get the steps I need.

My mom was walking around the house in circles and walking in place during commercial breaks. The dog was so confused.

I do that too! Walk on the spot watching TV or up and down the stairs! Not crazy, but wise.

I walk around my living room, dining room and kitchen to finish up my day. There is just something about getting those steps in!!!
