Congratulations! I have done similar things. I have still to reach 20,000 steps a day, though, but I'm getting closer. I've had my Flex for about three weeks now. Yesterday Last night I had 59 active minutes and couldn't stand to not have a full hour so I ran in place for a couple minutes. Ha!
I didn't realize how sedentary I was before getting my Fitbit. It takes a lot more than I thought to reach 10,000 steps each day. I've been making it, but not without getting on the treadmill each day... which I bought a couple weeks ago off Craig's List. I have never been a runner, and didn't think I ever could be... but finally ran 5 continuous miles on a treadmill for the first time in my 47 years of existence on this earth. I can't tell you how much of an accomplishment that is for me.
Even though I ran 5 miles that day I still only reached 15,000 steps. Geesh! I'm gonna try for 20K this weekend. We'll see...

My mom was walking around the house in circles and walking in place during commercial breaks. The dog was so confused.
