My Goals for Weight Loss and Getting Fit

Hey Yall My Goals that I'm working on and hope to accomplish them by the end of the year are losing 70 pounds and so far I'm already down 7 Pounds and my other goal is getting fit and eating more healthier on which I'm working on that now as well.  I'm tired of the way I look and feel all the time and really want to feel better about myself.  Another goal I'm working on and this one is huge for me and that is drinking more water and less soda last week I was able to drink 6 bottles of water in one day and that is huge for me I'm not much of a water drinker but since I've been working out that is starting to change.  Please feel free to add me as a friend as I'm always looking for new friends as well.

@txhealthy Could you use a different color font so that us old people could read your post? Maybe something like dark blue, or black?

good luck on your weight loss journey and congrats on your already 7 pounds! i also have cut soda out of my diet and it was a little tough at first but i promise it gets so much easier! i dont really even crave it anymore. drinking enough water is very important for weight loss. what i do and reccoment is going to the grocery store and buying the big gallon jug and drinking it throughout the day. there are also apps to help remind you to make sure you are drinking enough 🙂
