My current posts are not showing on my profile on the App

I asked this question in a different section but unfortunately it is not resolved so I'm trying again here. Last week I shared 2 badges that I had been awarded in the Daily Activity Fitbit group on my phone App. These were visible in that Fitbit group as I got some cheers and comment notifications. 

 

However when I checked my own profile on the App neither of these posts were there was very odd.  According the my profile my last post I'd shared was a Goal Streak trophy 59 days ago, again in Daily Activity group. I know I have shared a few posts since then but they were just not there.

 

I have have uninstalled the Fitbit App & reinstalled it. I also unpaired my Charge 4 and re-paired it. When I checked my profile after doing this it had lost all my previous posts, it says "you currently have no posts. Post in the Community to see your posts here". 

 

So I uploaded a couple of new posts to Daily Activity and Menopause group which are open groups. Also I uploaded one to a Garden Zone group which is a closed group. Still none of these posts are showing on my profile page to me nor a friend who I asked would he take a quick look at my profile page to see what he could see there. Nothing. 

 

These posts are visible in the relevant groups because people have cheered them & commented on them. 

 

Please can someone help me here, it's very frustrating that I can't view my current & previous posts on my profile page on the App.

@Wexford_Lass -- did you ever figure out what was going on?  I don't post a lot in the app, but just did a test to a closed group I belong to and it is showing in my profile in the app.  I'm on the iPhone app.

Hi Scott, no it's still not right. I have shared a couple of posts recently in open groups "Daily Activity" for instance and also closed groups I'm a member of. Nothing is showing on my profile as I look at it. I use an iPhone too. I've kind of stopped worrying now.

 

I also have an issue that Fitbit has not updated my Weekend Warrier or Workweek Hustle personal bests. It hasn't updated since before I changed to my Charge 4 in January. Very annoying when I know I have beaten what it is showing me in my stats several times. Big sigh.
