My fitbit is deleting my exercise

I did an awesome 10km run with an amazing pace and I go to track it into my excel sheet a week later and it has completely disappeared and i have proof that it was there because I took a screenshot and sent it to my dad!

Im so devastated especially because it had all my heart rate stats

hey there @ann-n - you can still see the activity in the app itself if you scroll back to the date. It won't solve the spreadsheet problem, but your race stats should still be there.
