Suddenly I can't get my fitbit to sync with my fitness pal app.  It is still syncing with my WW app.

Try restarting apps and restarting your phone.

If @Esya's suggestions don't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting fitbit from MFP (go into "more" on MFP -> "apps & devices" -> "connected" -> disconnect fitbit and then add it back.
