My heart

Screenshot_20180131-231654.pngA bit of an interesting graft from my fitbit while on the ice playing ice hockey with my team today.

My heart was on a steady pace until it come down to a scrim.   That point adrenaline and a little bit of anxiety kick in at 97.  Got myself a game this weekend end so am guessing my heart rate will be around 97 all the way.

Will post this up on my next post to see if am right.

You can also see my result on the ice hockey group on Facebook. Link below

I don't understand how you could play hockey, and not elevate the heart rate into the fat burn zone for even a minute? What model of Fitbit are you using?

Am using the fitbit surge. I will try it on a different setting tomorrow and post it up to see if it makes a difference.

Take a look at the tips in this article. They help improve the accuracy of the heart rate monitoring.

I was thinking the same thing.. from adrenaline alone it should have spiked above that. You are probably a super fit guy, but even so... maybe its not tight enough or not high enough on your wrist..
