I'll be posting this in two places in Get Fit and Weight Loss as I see this working in both ways.
For one week, challenge yourself during your lunch. Instead of sitting in your office eating your lunch or heading out for lunch. Be productive and head out for a walk and build up your steps or just run. I challenge you do walk or run during your lunch and drink a protein shake before or after your challenge. Hey, I didn't say it was easy!
P.S. Don’t for get to bring your gym clothes with you if you decide to run or if you just sweat alot when you walk, LOL!
If you missed last weeks, here it is!

Does it have to be at Lunch? I come to work early so I can get it in before I start.
My job requires me to be close at lunch for deliveries

Off topic question and an observation -
Question - What letter or letters are you replacing with the apostrophe in "you'all"?
Observation - You're not from around here, are ya? lol - "here" in my case being Texas
Keep up the good work

Hello @Wendy
No, you don't have to use your lunch for this challenge. The reason I used lunch is that at my place of work everyone either stay on the computer or stay seated during the lunch period. Whatever get you moving and off the regular routine. Hope this helps!

I'm in for this Andy! I have a 30 minute lunch break and rarely eat, so if I walk away from school for 15 minutes and back for 15 minutes, I'll add quite a few steps. And if I walk briskly, it might actually do me some good.

I agree @countrydirt! I have a hour for lunch but I haven't set at my desk for a long time. Most of the time even winter I've either walk or run outside when it was nice. If it was cold outside, raining or freezing I would head to Walmart or some other store and walk around. However it is a terrible idea you'll walk out with stuff you don't need. That is way I love spring! I’ve already catching up close to 100,000 steps and only had my fitbit about a week or so. Can’t wait! Good luck and have fun!

Ok I dont know if we are to count yesterday or not.
But Yesterday I did 3.71 mile
Today I did 4.11
It depends on how early I get to work and what I do. But I try to stay out 1 hour

I usually eat lunch in my car and watch an iPad show for an hour to get a "mental" break from my stressful office desk job. I will pick a day this week when it is not raining and walk for 30 minutes first and then eat my lunch.
I've been thinking about doing this but your post has given me the motivation to actually do it. Thanks!

I agree on the Mental stress. But if I do get stress I will get up and go outside for a short walk. It helps to relive that stress
Ok today I only got 2 miles. When I left to walk it was not raining then it was a Mist and then a full blown down pour. I was drenched when I got back

Hi @WendyB I'm sorry that you got drenched. However I commend you for sticking to it and finishing! Funny thing is it happened to me last spring. I went out running and got about 2 miles and it started sprinkling. I told myself I have to head back, which I did. However within a few minutes it started pouring down and I still have 2 miles to go. Needless to say I learned from that experience and always watch the weather before I head out. Hope got dry and please don't get sick!

I haven't been able to get out for that walk at lunch yet. It has rained everyday this week so far. Tomorrow is not looking great either - that's what happens living on the Wet Coast of Canada. lol
I did get up out of my office several times and did a lap around our big warehouse. Got up to 8685 steps yesterday, almost to the 10,000 step goal. That includes 45 minutes on the treadmill last night too. I'm hoping to break the 10,000 step barrier within the next week or so. The weather is supposed to clear on Sunday a bit so after I do some yard work I plan to hopefully hit the trail down by the river and do a good walk. I've taken up bird-watching to help make the walking experience more fun. I'm also doing Geocaching too, but it is too wet to be poking around looking for caches right now.

@SunsetRunnerYour moving thats great! Never tried Geocaching. It looks like fun. I need to look into it more in my area. Your doing great!
Didnt think I would make it out today. Got to work it started raining. Cleared close to lunch. By the time I could get away It started raining 1/2 hour later the sun poked thru and I got my coat and flew out that door! I get grumpy when I dont get my walk in.
Did 3.30 miles.
And im not grumpy anymore.
Im off for the weekend and hopefully it wont rain to much as I want to get to my Favorite place to walk and get 4 miles in for the 3 days

Hello @SunsetRunner I understand about the rain. I almost got rain on today while I ran outside. But the good thing was that in ran the heck out of myself getting back. Yesterday it rained pretty hard and had to be forced to walk around at walmart. Now I have to say good job on walking around your place of work. Wow almost 10,000 steps, awesome job! Geocaching, lol, haven't heard that for a while, use to do it myself. Really fun, especially if you have my that is pretty hard to find. Had one that took the most of my days to find, but it was worth it.
