My weekly Challenge #2 for you'all

I'll be posting this in two places in Get Fit and Weight Loss as I see this working in both ways. 

 

For one week, challenge yourself during your lunch. Instead of sitting in your office eating your lunch or heading out for lunch. Be productive and head out for a walk and build up your steps or just run. I challenge you do walk or run during your lunch and drink a protein shake before or after your challenge. Hey, I didn't say it was easy!

 

P.S. Don’t for get to bring your gym clothes with you if you decide to run or if you just sweat alot when you walk, LOL!

I love getting out of the building for a walk when I feel stressed. I only wish I would recognize the stress building sooner so it wasn't such an act of despiration. :Smiley Very Happy
