My weekly Challenge #3! Are you up for it?

10, 20, 30 Challenge!

This week will be a challenge, even for me.

How it works: Set your Fitbit, ready, go...!

For this week you will be picking three days to complete 10,000 steps, 20,000 steps and 30,000 steps. Sounds crazy??? Yes I know! Example: Monday 10,000 steps, Wedneday 20,000 steps and Friday 30,000 steps. It doesn't have to go this way, so just pick any three days to complete this challenge.

Now, I know for those people who working at the desk job or any job that requires to sit for long periods of time like myself would have a difficult  time to reach 30,000 steps even 20,000 steps. However I haven't done it either and of course this is a challenge. So... Good Luck!

Okay, I'm in.  Monday for 10,000,  Tuesday or Wednesday for 20,000 and Saturday for 30,000!  Excellent challenge.  I have students working a concession stand on Tuesday and on Saturday, so should be able to get many steps beyond the normal workday.

Awesome @countrydirt ! the 10,000 would not be problem for me anyday of this week. However 20,000 steps and the 30,000 steps will be a challenge. The good thing is that I'm heading out hiking this weekend and should reach beyond my numbers, hopefully the 30,000+ mark! Glad you joined the challenge!

It is looking like for me: Monday 10,000 steps Friday 20,000 and Saturday 30,000+

10,000 knocked out yesterday.  I am going to try for 20,000 on Wednesday as I will be at a contest with some students and will have the opportunity to be on my feet for most of the day.

I failed to get the 20,000 steps yesterday.  I am going to see what today brings by the end of a normal school day and then decided if I want to add enough tonight to get 20,000.  With a little effort, I can get about 12,000 during the day, so will see about adding an long walk with my wife at the end of the day.  Depends on the weather.

I'm in. I reguarly get over 20,000 - I'm a teacher, too - but I don't usually get to 30,000. I will try for that this weekend.

Did it! I actually reached 45,000 steps today! My previous record was 35,000, so I really challenged myself today.

Fun challenge.. Literally just seen this forum so, I guess 10k is my usual, I happened to do 33k yesterday, and 20... I'll get there perhaps tomorrow. I often try to do one long run assuming I have time to do that.

Today I was trying to practise on my 5k using the C25K apps but not sure that was a good move as I didn't really practise on speed but was paying more attention to my breathing & arches instead.

This challenge is a good goal step wise to achieve on a weekly basis in general. Great motivation 🙂

I will try to do Monday 10 (piece of cake) Wed. 20 and Thursday 30.  We have parent teacher conferences on Thursday so hopefully 30 on Thursday is doable.
