Need help to find a workout I can do without using my legs

Hi, 
A few days ago I have broken my kneecap and I can't move my leg at all. 
Normally I've walked 2 hours a day, which I can't do anymore... But I don't want to sit still all day and do nothing so I'm wondering if some of you know a few excerseses without the legs?

There are plenty of exercises for the upper body, using a resistance band for exemple, that can be done seated or standing up, still.

Sorry I'm late with responding, 
I was really bussy with revalidating my broken knee wich was making me tired a lot.
