New Fitbit models

IF I buy another fitbit, the strap connection would HAVE to be different than that of the Charge 2. Does anyone know if the other models have different strap connectors?  Product support is less than stellar-if your fitbit is one day past the warranty it's too bad so sad :(.

I'm really not sure what kind of connection you are looking for.

But look in the store here and you can see all the different bands and make a choice form there

Thanks.  I'm on strap #3 and the problems seems to be the fitbit unit itself, not the straps.  I've had it for almost 3 years and I think it wore out.

3 Years is a good long run. They do not last forever. No Electronic device will

I disagree.  I have an older version (had 10yrs +) from a well known competitor..  Works great, provides accurate information.

the newer models have better bands in my opinion. I also get a few on amazon that are pretty awesome and I can dress down or dress up my fitbit. The leather (faux) bands are really nice
